What to Expect in Your First Online Consultation

Your first online consultation offers a trauma-informed, supportive space to explore your needs and what kind of support feels right for you. During the session, we will gently get to know one another, discuss what has brought you here and explain how online sessions work, including confidentiality and safety.

We’ll also explore your preferences for support whether that’s talking, creative approaches, or a blend and check in on how you’re feeling in the moment.

You’re welcome to share at your own pace. If it feels appropriate, we can also discuss options for ongoing support that feel safe, flexible and aligned with your needs.

Inspired Women & Children

(90-Minute Appointments)

We provide trauma-informed, creative, and holistic support for women and children through flexible in-person or online sessions.

 For Women

  •  Nurture emotional wellbeing and self-expression
  •  Build confidence, resilience and life skills
  •  Explore creative therapies including art, journaling, movement and mindfulness.

For Children (Under 9 Years)

  •  Develop confidence, social and communication skills.
  •  Learn emotional regulation strategies
  •  Engage in play-based, creative and sensory-friendly experiences.
  •  Parent collaboration, goal-setting and NDIS progress documentation included.

I’m Jody, an Art Therapy & Wellbeing Advocate, Women’s Advocate, Trauma Recovery Mentor, and Authenticity Protector. With a deep passion for helping women reclaim their authentic selves, I’ve dedicated my life to guiding others on their journey to healing, empowerment, and abundant living.

Drawing on years of experience and a holistic approach, I blend art therapy with wellness practices to create transformative experiences. Whether through my podcast, retreats, or one-on-one sessions, my mission is to inspire and support women in finding freedom from past wounds, embracing their true selves, and living life with joy, creativity, and purpose.
