🌈 Who the INSPIRED Children’s Nourish Program is for
The INSPIRED Children’s Nourish Program is designed for children aged 3–9 years who may be experiencing emotional, behavioural, sensory, or developmental challenges and would benefit from gentle, creative and individualised support.
This program is particularly supportive for children who:

All sessions are child-centred, trauma-sensitive, and strength-based, with a strong focus on creating safety, connection, and trust.
🎨 How the Program Supports Your Child
The Nourish Program uses creative, play-based and nature-informed approaches to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing. Each child’s sessions are carefully tailored to their unique needs, interests, developmental stage and strengths.

🌱 How to Get Started
The INSPIRED Children’s Nourish Program is simple, supportive, and child-centred.
Step 1: Free Parent Call (15 min)
A short, no-obligation call to discuss your child, answer questions, and see if the program is a good fit.
Step 2: Parent Meeting (45 min)
Held online or in person with parents only.

Complete a Child Profile Form and review the Service Agreement beforehand.

Discuss your child’s needs, strengths, and goals.

I prepare notes and a tailored program outline after the meeting.
Step 3: Child Sessions (8 weeks)
Your child starts an eight-week program to build emotional regulation, confidence, and wellbeing.

Includes creative, play-based, and trauma-sensitive approaches: expressive art (painting, clay, sandtray, collage, Lego), sensory play, nature experiences, and gentle regulation strategies.

Parent review meeting at the end of 8 weeks to reflect and plan next steps.

Most children complete two or more cycles; many continue weekly sessions for ongoing support.

Creative Arts Therapy is a self-regulated profession in Australia and not a government-registered health service. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Arts Therapy and provide therapeutic services using creative modalities. While I am not a government-registered health practitioner, I maintain professional standards of care and ethical practice.
